Many people complain that they can never get to the gym, so here are some exercises that you can do at home (pics coming soon!):
Situps - Works your abs
Pushup - Work your chest and triceps
Lunges - Work the head of your quad
Running/Jogging/Walking - Good Cardio workout
Stairs - Run up stairs for a Great cardio workout
Dumbell - If you are going to purchase anything then get a dumbell to help work your biceps, triceps, and shoulders (1 will do)
Couch - Place your hands on the couch behind you and your feet in front of you. Work on your tricep extensions
Calf raises - You can just stand there, grab a wall, Or even hold grab and extra weight for more resistance
