  3. Beans & Legumes - Great source of fiber, protein, iron and folate. Good food to make you feel full.
  4. Whole Grains - Whole grain breads pack a lot of nutritional value and will provide you energy throughout the day.
  5. Fish - Is low in fat and high in protein. Eat at least three servings of fish per week.
  6. Spinach - Great source of nutrients - folic acid, manganese,beta-carotene, protein, lutein (a potent anti-oxidant), magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin K.
  7. Olive Oil - Your body does need a little fat to process vitamins and use them properly
  8. Lean meats - High in protein and low in fat.
  9. Oatmeal - Good source for complex-carbohydrates and fiber.
  10. Egg Whites (Egg Beaters) - High in protein.
  11. Low-fat Dairy - Calcium rich and good source of protein.
  12. Berries - Best choice of the fruits. Apples, grapefruit, bananas, oranges, etc. are all good foods to eat.
  13. Whey Protein - High quality protein.
