People make many mistakes when trying to lose weight, here are the top list of Weight loss don'ts to help you avoid:
- Don't eat 1-3 hours before bedtime

- Don't Eat desert first, try to eat healthy when hungry then eat your desert at the end of a meal
- Don't weigh yourself daily it can be misleading
- Don't avoid exercise
- Don't use diet pills. They are a momentary fix and can make you actually gain weight in the long run.
- Don't starve youself. This will make your metabolism worse and you will gain weight in the long run.
- Don't eat out all of the time. They are usually high in calories and fats.
- Don't forget to eat snacks. Spreading your eating throughout the day is actually better for you.
- Don't forget to drink water. It's good for your body to rehydrate and there are 0 calories.
- Don't overtrain. This can have a negative effect on your muscles.
- Don't quit. So many people start off great the first day or week, but they need to stay at the diet and exercise at lot longer to get the desired gains.
